We are always looking to expand our volunteer team, whether that be with our barn crew, fundraising initiatives and outreach team or with our youth program! Our volunteers program varies for daily team members, weekly to even monthly volunteers so please do hesitate to join us!

• Barn crew - we always need help with feeding, cleaning, grooming and exercising the herd. All experience levels are welcomed, we are happy to show you the reins!
  Our volunteer times are very flexible and vary due to weather and how many horses we have in care.
  
  Morning feeding crew 6am - 9am, Evening 5pm - 8pm
  Stall cleaning 6am - 9am
  Exercising and grooming 8 am - 8 pm (weather dependent)

• Maintenance crew - maybe you're not a ‘horse’ person but happen to be handy with a hammer or yard tools? We always have little projects around the ranch that we need assistance with. Like a squeaky or frozen gate, loose fence boards and when our lovely California weather strikes we always need help with weather damage around the ranch!

• Outreach and Fundraising Team - We are looking for talented volunteers to take this role over and spearhead our next initiative!

• Youth CLIMB program - We have a very structured program for struggling youth within Solano and Contra Costa Country and are looking to expand our current team. We will offer program training to the right person. All we ask is a firm commitment of at least 1 day a week and attend all mandatory training and meetings.
